David has worked for several consultancies during his career as an industry geologist and analyst. He is proficient in oil & gas exploration analyses and techniques, as well as low-carbon initiatives such as Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS).​ David's geological specialisms lie in clastic sedimentology, petrophysics, and petrography. He is also adept at data analysis, report writing, and client-focused marketing strategies.

 

David currently works for Westwood Global Energy Group, based in London. Alongside daily research tasks in the oil & gas sector, one of his main duties involves reporting on carbon storage projects in North West Europe.​ Find out more: Westwood Global Energy Group
